His famous ventriloquist, Mr. McMahon, performed on many hit shows including Saturday Night Live, the Bob Hope Show, Happy Days and even “The Andy Kaufman Show” in addition to countless movies.
2. Bob Hope
Bob Hope was known for his comedic ability, his distinctive voice and his amazing talent, which was further showcased due his many roles in the popular 1960s TV sitcom “The Bob Hope Show” and his work on “Mr. Ed”. The “Bob Hope Show” was an Emmy nominated sitcom that ran off of ABC for six seasons, between 1953 and 1958.

Johnny Cash and his wife, Linda Woodruff, started their own ventriloquist business, called Cash’s Ventriloquist. Many famous movie stars and musicians have appeared in the business, including Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Steve McQueen.
