How much will one can of spray paint cover? – Spray Paint Art Online

It depends on what color of spray paint you use. Most spray paint is made with either clear or clear/satin paint, and the colors can be easily matched to one another.

If you are using clear/satin paint, then it will have a slightly transparent feel to it, and you will be able to see through the spray paint to the part you need to paint. If your model is opaque, you will have a black and white spray paint look. If you choose clear/satin as your paint, then it will cover your miniature exactly in one color. If you don’t want any paint around your model, then use a water soluble spray paint.

For example, here are some guidelines to follow when trying to get your model with clear/satin paint to look like it should from a painting perspective.

Do not pick up the paints and start painting, it could easily end up on your arms or legs on your minis. To avoid this, paint with a clear and black base coat first.

Wash the entire surface of your part thoroughly at least once throughout the paint application process (be careful not to scrub the paint off and onto the surface)

After you’re finished painting, remove any extra surface dirt and dust

Let the part dry between coats

If you are using clear/satin as your paint, you will need to reapply this once it’s dried a little bit.

As I mentioned before, the color and texture of the part is what matters, so when it’s a clear/satin one paint and it comes out looking the way you think it should look, then you’re good.

Once it’s dry you can start sanding, or if you don’t have time, just remove your paint before anything else, or you can use paper towels and sand or use a sponge to apply it.

Once your miniature is completely dry, just peel the paint off and apply some more with a Q-tip to give the surface a nice luster and shine.

Be careful not to use too much pressure on your paper towel while applying the paint, just leave it like that a bit. Once it’s
