When a police car pulled a truck in front of him outside the mall, he said he felt threatened but not sure how. “It was scary. It really was.”
Later that day he posted on Facebook that he had been the truck’s driver.

It is unclear why no one notified police of the incident or why the officer left after it started.
A spokesman for the town’s police department did not respond to a request for comment by deadline Friday.
Police are investigating the incident “because of the number of witnesses to it,” Wachs wrote late Thursday.
Police are conducting an internal investigation.
“We are waiting for the outcome of that investigation,” Wachs said.
In May, a similar incident prompted a 911 call to call police in an apparent attempted robbery. Police found two people, one of whom was shot and killed.
A man in his early 20s was arrested late Monday night after police responded to reports from a home invasion in the 1100 block of East 22nd Street, authorities said.
He’s accused of breaking into an elderly woman’s home and making off with some of the woman’s belongings, but the homeowner was not hurt, police said. The resident was not in the home when the suspect entered the home, police said.
The man is described as having a light complexion, wearing a blue denim jacket with a hood, and was in possession of a black backpack, along with black pants, and black shoes, according to a police report. The man also carried a black folding knife with him.

An Ohio man who recently filed a federal lawsuit against the city of New York (NY) for refusing to release his medical data was struck by lightning on Monday as people paid a visit to his apartment for the night.
The resident, whose name has not been released, posted on Facebook that the lightning struck around 1 a.m. when he was asleep and left.
