A man with two feet and two legs, no less. In the 19th century, he made strides to make this music mainstream and even a must for the ladies. He started it with the dance-dancers, followed by musicians like Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and others. His music, dubbed “breakdancing,” became more popular and popular again with the 1950’s. It’s still a popular dance in the Caribbean, Brazil and Jamaica.
There are many styles of breakdancing, but the most popular are the footwork breakdance movements. These moves allow the dancer to move from foot to foot while keeping one foot on the ground. While all the variations of footwork breaks are unique, they all require the same skill to perform.
If it’s footwork breaks that you’re after, then you’ll need to find a good teacher. They will teach them in a fun environment and get them to enjoy each other. That’s what they’re all about.

NEW YORK (Reuters) – As Americans consider what to do about health-care costs, there are signs they are falling more short of ideal goals.
At the end of 2012, about 11.9 million Americans were on state, private and Medicare individual health funds, up from 8.3 million at the end of 2010, according to federal health insurance statistics for the period, known as data until 2014.
That was the smallest proportion since 1996, when a record 11.6 million people were on such financing compared with 8.5 million at the end of 1990.
It was also the fifth consecutive year that the proportion of insured Americans grew but still more than half said they were satisfied with their health plan.
Meanwhile, the number of Americans without health insurance, which has fallen for a fifth straight year, has crept up from 4.6 million at the end of 2011 to 4.8 million at the end of 2012.
Inflation-adjusted insurance premiums reached an 11-year high of 14.4 percent in 2012, the highest percentage since 1998.
The data did little to alter the perception that many have grown dissatisfied with insurance, which has helped fuel a run-up in health-care costs that is projected to top $1 trillion in 2023.
Although Americans may not have gotten the chance to have an in-depth conversation about their health-care system, the debate has heated up.
